Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and your subscription status.
- Payment details: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you write to support.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Where it comes from
Directly from you at checkout or by email; automatically from your device as you browse; and from our service providers — the shop platform, the payment processor, the carrier and our advertising platforms.

Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to do their job: the shop platform, the payment processor, the carrier, our email tool and our advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Support messages for two years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@tryavyla.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the AEPD; in Italy, the Garante.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that only run with your consent. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Children
The store is not intended for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
