Subscription Policy

How the subscription works
When you choose a plan, the same order repeats automatically at the interval shown at checkout — every 30 days for a single bottle, every 90 or 150 days for the bundles. Each renewal is charged to the card you used, at the subscription price shown on the product page.
We warn you before every charge
You get an email three days before each renewal, with the amount and the date. No charge ever arrives unannounced.
Pausing, rescheduling and cancelling
All three are done from your account in two clicks, at any time, including before the first refill ships. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and nobody to email. If you would rather we do it, write to support@tryavyla.com.
A cancellation applies to renewals that have not yet been charged. If one is already in transit, see the Refund Policy.
Price changes
Your subscription price is the one you signed up at. If it ever changes we tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Free gifts
Gifts included with a bundle are exactly that: free, with no cash value, and not refundable separately. If you return the order under the guarantee you do not need to send the gifts back. Digital gifts are delivered by email and are not returnable once sent.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails we retry over the following days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you do not lose your price.
