Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 leave the warehouse the same working day. After that, the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery estimates

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees, and they stretch during sales periods and holidays.
Cost
Free on every order. There is no minimum.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the shipping country you are the importer of record, and any duty, import VAT or handling fee charged locally is yours to pay. We cannot estimate these in advance.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. Once dispatched we cannot change it. See our Refund Policy for what happens when a parcel comes back.
