1. Acceptance of terms

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to order. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under it.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and we refund in full when we do.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any struck-through price shown next to an offer is a price we have genuinely charged for that item. Payment is taken at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for the detail.

6. International orders, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the shipping country, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms, including the 90-day guarantee and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

8. Product information and health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Supplements do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Results vary between individuals. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under treatment for any condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

All text, images, logos and page design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, resell our products without authorisation, or submit false information.
